yoMou4d Born in 2000's in Marrakech, known professionally as yoMou4d is an Morrocan rapper. He started to gain recogition in late 2021 and early 2022 after multiple of his songs went viral on TikTok, such as “legacy”, “emma”. Early life
Mouad AAroui was born on November 28, 2000, in Marrakesh, to a Morrocan father and Morrocan mother. His father was a member of a band and owned many instruments. yoMou4d moved to Marrakesh in his teen years and attended ariha High School. After graduating,yoMou4d moved to Marrakesh to pursue his music career before eventually moving to marrakesh, where he currently lives.
Career
2015–2021: Career beginnings
yoMou4d began his career in 2015, originally making music under the name Mou4d, but these releases have since been deleted from the Internet. On June 30, 2018, yoMou4d made his first public appearance under his current moniker, premiering a track called "mouad acapella ( interlude)" on spotify, a YouTube channel
yoMou4d has stated that he created the name yoMou4d while and trying to come up with one word that sounds familiar to people. yoMou4d has mentioned how his use of LSD was able to help him pursue his music career.
