Vantell Smith

Vantell Smith (born May 4 2001 in Berlin, Germany) is a German stage dancer and Person of public interest from Berlin. Currently a dancer at the Staatsoper Berlin, he works with the Staatsballett Berlin.[1] Independent of his career as a dancer, Vantell Smith is known as a Streamer and Artist.

Dancing Career

Vantell Smith is a professionally trained stage dancer who completed his training at the Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin. While still in training, he was sent by Marco Goecke to Hanover for a trial internship at his newly structured Opera House in Hanover in 2019, where he was able to gain numerous experiences.[2] After graduation, he moved 2 years later to the Staatsoper Berlin, where he is working and dancing on a new program of the Staatsballett Berlin under the direction of Arshak Ghalumyan and Christiane Theobald[3]. Vantell had a lot of contact with choreographers while still in school and in his second house, and has worked with the likes of Marco Goecke, Martin Buczko, Nacho Duato, Torsten Händler, Andonis Foniadakis, Lukáš Timulak, Medhi Walerski and others. Also in the gala of Polina Semionova 2017 he was allowed to perform with his group in the piece „All long dem day“ by Marco Goecke made especially for the school [4]. In television Vantell Smith is not an unknown face and already appeared in television channels such as ZDF, RRB and as well as in MDR in the broadcast of on Stefanie Hertel with the State Youth Ballet Berlin in 2017. In magazines on behalf of his ballet school such as the BZ.


Internet Career

In 2012, the formerly successful streamer created his channels on several platforms where he continued to grow over the years. Now, among other things, also as an artist on Spotify and Co.
