In Search Of Agency, is a full service casting and management agency based in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto.
History
In Search Of was founded in 2022 by Nafisa Kaptownwala and Natalie Lin.
ISO scouts between big cities to small towns. Through their scouting practice, they explore the idea that everyday people are deeply attached in the most ordinary of ways.
Company Outlook
“We're hired to essentially just send faces to clients,” says Natalie Lin, “but for us it's so much deeper than that.”[1] In Search of works on a worldwide scale to share untold stories in fashion, film/tv and commercials.
