Noureddine Chouchane
From WikiAlpha
Noureddine Chouchane was a Libyan who was targetted by the United States, and killed by a missile fired by a unmanned aerial vehicle.[1][2]
According to United States intelligence officials Chouchane was a senior leader of ISIS, who planned the March 18, 2015 terrorist bombing at the Bardo Musuem.[3][4] Jeff Seldin of Voice of America noted that, on January 4, 2018, when it listed Wanas al-Faqih on its list of specially designated global terrorists, it said he too planned the Bardo Museum bombing - even though he was a leader of Al Qaeda in the Islamic Magreb - a rival group.
