Nick Wood is an American entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Digital Landlords, an online course community teaching students how to earn passive income through digital real estate, rank and rent, lead generation, and sales.[1]

Early Life

Nick Wood grew up working long hours on his family’s generational alfalfa farm, which created in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to living by the motto: “Make hay while the sun shines.”[2]

At 19 years old, Wood opted into a two-year humanitarian effort in the jungles of West Africa where he was featured on BBC News after learning the local dialect and growing an online platform dedicated to sharing the vibrant culture there.[3]

Career

Upon returning to the U.S., Nick began his career in business as a door-to-door salesman in the southern United States. The next 10 years would see him through failed tech ventures that landed him $60,000 in debt, before he began building what is now a multi 7-figure digital real estate empire.[4]

Nick Wood's online course community Digital Landlords has a worldwide student-base learning and creating passive income through his method of building simple websites for niche services in small markets and renting the leads out to local businesses each month for profit.[5][6]
