Augustine Ume-Ezeoke was born in Nigeria & raised in Dallas. Augustine received a football scholarship to Ouachita Baptist University a Division 2 football program in Arkansas upon graduating with his Bachelor's Degree. He went up to New Jersey to the New York Jets mini-camp then went overseas to play professionally in Europe. Between 2014-2017, He was a member of the Kristianstad Predators (Sweden), Munich Cowboys (German), and Algarve Sharks (Portugal).

Upon retirement a game he played for 26 years of his life. He knew he wanted to stay in the game so he started coaching college football at the University of Nebraska in Kearney in 2017 after graduating with his Master's degree. He left for one year to FCS member Stephen F. Austin (Texas) State. Fast Forward to 2020 came back to Nebraska. Covid hit things spiraled out of control. They were bad but he kept denying it. February 10th, 2021 he reached out and ask for help he had to surrender to everything he knew or did in the past. He committed to a year of treatment to help him find out who he really was and what his passion/gift was to serve the world.

He spent the better part of the last 15 years in the athletic sports and fitness industry, helping people create healthy lifestyles. he worked as a physical therapist assistant and corporate personal trainer during his career as a professional football player. Upon transitioning out of being a college football coach he went full-time into becoming a fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Many people struggle with daily life activities, and never achieve their goals because of a lack of exercise and poor health choices. Augustine Ume-Ezeoke has personally gone through this experience, which he has also seen first hand and he was dedicated to helping people put an end to these bad habits. he has successfully helped transform many clients (as well as himself) through proper exercise and nutrition choices.

He specializes in strength, cardiovascular, and endurance training, as well as stretching to help increase flexibility. In addition to one-on-one training, he also teaches group classes which include; kettlebells, extreme conditioning boot camps, and group weight training. Along with his passion for training.

His philosophy is to believe in your process. Simple as walking before you run. It is so important to first build a strong and stable foundation. Start with the basics. Then, with proper guidance in exercise and nutrition, you will be able to create your fortress of solitude. He feels that if you set realistic goals for yourself, both short-term and long-term, and stick with them, you will see results. He constantly reminds his clients of one very important thing: if this (exercise) was easy, everybody would be doing it, and they would all be in shape!
