Alexandre Mansour (born October 3, 1986) is a French entrepreneur and real estate developer. He is the founder of Nomad Residences[1], and Nomad Capital.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]

Early Life and Education

Mansour was born to Cyrille and Marie Francine Mansour. He is the grandson of Samir and Joyce Mansour. He holds a master's in Business Administration, International Business from Baruch College in NYC, and Entrepreneurship and Management from ISG Paris. He completed exchange programs in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Mumbai.[11]

Career

Mansour's areas of expertise include portfolio and investment management, business strategy, trading, financial modeling, and real estate development and management. He serves as the CEO of Nomad Residencies[1] and Nomad Capital, a real estate investment and development company based in Europe, with offices in Portugal, France, and the Netherlands.[2][11][3] Mansour also sits on the Board of several Portuguese-based real estate companies.[12]

Before Nomad, from 2016 - 2020, Mansour was a Managing Partner at Optylon Group, a real estate developer and manager. From 2016 - 2019, he was the First Advisor and board member for LovelyStay. He was an Investment Manager at AXA US and Managing Partner at French Desk Capital Management in New York City.[3][13][14][15][16][17]

From 2012 - 2013, Mansour worked as an associate for Magna Group Capital Management, focusing on US equities in the biotech, mining, and oil and gas industries.[5] He was a buy-side analyst focused on emerging markets equities at Global Emerging Markets Group in New York from 2011 to 2012. From 2008 - 2009, Mansour was a Project Coordinator for Phi Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, India.[3][18] Before moving to the United States, he was based in India, China, and Romania, working on various projects.[11][19]

He will be the lead sponsor for a K2 mountain expedition in 2022.[18][20][21]
