Noman Javed (born 05 May 1981) is a Pakistani entrepreneur and founder of Tradewheel.com where he presently serves as the president and CEO. He is also the founder of Beautetrade.com, vertical online platform that caters to cosmetic and personal care industry. Born in Karachi, Pakistan, Javed graduated from Sir Syed University. He holds a degree in electrical engineering. Later he completed his Masters in Marketing from SZABIST. In February 2003 Noman Javed founded Tradewheel.com, a cross border e-commerce platform that could help businesses to grow internationally.
Career
He ventured into a career of business to business websites soon after his graduation during the 1990s. He started his career with a well-known b2b website, Tradekey. After serving 8 years he moved on to building another B2B marketplace, eworldtrade, until eventually he decided to develop his own international trade B2B portal. In 2003, he started Tradewheel.com, a platform for global buyers and suppliers.
Global Trade Platform
Javed left his job in 2003 and founded Tradewheel.com along with is long-term best friend Hasan Javed. Prior to settling on Delaware, Javed was inclined to set up the company in Seattle. The website caters to 37 industries and currently has 2 million global registered users. Immediately after launching, Tradewheel.com, Javed started to work on another B2B website, this time it was a vertical platform that was strictly for beauty and personal care industry. He launched Beautetrade.com few months after the launch of Tradewheel. The website connects buyers and sellers from across the world and facilitate the concept of border less trade. Tradewheel.com has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jinxiang County of China to global exports.
