Tradewheel.com was launched in 2003 by the Noman Javed from Delaware. He founded the company in one room with just a handful of like-minded people. The aim was to bridge the gap for the global export-import community by providing them a safe platform to connect and conduct business.

In 2010, just seven years after its launch, it had over 2 million global registered users. Soon after its launch, Tradewheel.com started to assist businesses of China to export goods internationally. While prior to this, it was only helping wholesalers of the United States to meet global buyers.

In the same year of its launch, 2003, the company launched its subsidiary, Beautetrade.com. This vertical platform was to precisely cater to the business requirements of the personal care and cosmetics industry.
