Optiaim vs. Megashoton
Optiaim vs. Megashoton is a pair of fictional characters made by TFC Toys in 2011 as a third-party Transformers. They are an homage to the 1984 Transformers characters Megatron and Optimus Prime and Transformers Targetmaster sub-line.

TFC Toys
Megashoton and Optiaim are Targetroids, similar to a Transformers Targetmaster, but larger. When first promoted Megashoton was called Megazoom and Optiaim was called Opticmax.
Other original third-party Targetmasters include FansProject Sidearm and Blesser.
Other third-party homages to Optimus Prime include Faith Leader.
Other third-party homages to Megatron include Destruction Lord, Hegemon and Mega-Gun.
Development
Prototype images of the Targetroids were posted to the TFClub web site in November 2010.[1]
A robot mode prototype of Optiaim was displayed at Cybertron Con 2010.[2]
The Battle Rollar, Shadow Rollar, Gear of War, Primars, Targetroids, Hercules combiner and Iron Army were among the past items made by TFC Toys spotlighted at the TFcon 2012 Third Party Panel.[3]

- Megashoton and Optiaim are new molds. Both turn from robots into guns. Optiaim was recolored as Ultra, Shadow and as Shattered Glass Optiaim.
