Awakening is a fictional character made by Mastermind Creations in 2012 as a third party Transformer. He is an homage to the form Starscream took in the Transformers: Hearts of Steel comic series.

Mastermind Creations

Awakening is based on Starscream from the Transformers: Hearts of Steel comic series.

Other third party Transformers Starscream homages include Screamer and Air Screech.

Development

Mastermind Creations announced this mold as Air Screech in Feburary of 2012.

In March of 2012 Mastermind Creations released color images of this mold as Air Screech, Stormer and Warper.

An as April Fools joke Mastermind Creations announced that the mold for this toy would come in three sizes.

Mastermind Creations announced the Awakening color version of this mold in August of 2012.

Awakening was released in September of 2012.

• Mastermind Creations Knight Morpher Airborne Squad Awakening (2012)

An original third party Transformer mold created by Mastermind Creations and inspired by the appearance of Starscream from the Transformers: Hearts of Steel comic book series. Comes with six weapons, instructions and caution sheet.

The mold was recolored into Air Screech, Stormer and Warper. Limited to 500 pieces.
