Dr. B. Nandhini was born on September 29, 1995, in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, India. She hails from an orthodox Hindu family and belongs to the BC Udayar caste. Nandhini is the only daughter of her parents, Baskar and Jayaprabha. She was raised with the guidance and support of her single mother.
Nandhini received her early education at St. Theresa's Girls Higher Secondary School in Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur. She later pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Alagappa College.
