Igor Borovikov is a Russian-born entrepreneur and technology executive known for his work in the field of digital transformation and cybersecurity. He is the founder of Noventiq, a global solutions and services provider.

Education

Borovikov obtained his Ph.D. in "Mathematical Cybernetics" and another Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT). He also holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics/Automatic Control from the same institution.

Career

Borovikov's career spans several decades and includes significant roles in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and game development. He served as a Senior AI Scientist at Electronic Arts (EA), where he contributed to the development of popular games such as "Sims 3," "Sims Medieval," and "Sims 4." Prior to his role at EA, Borovikov worked as a Research Data Scientist at the company, focusing on machine learning applications in gameplay enhancement.

Before his tenure at EA, Borovikov held positions at FrameFree Technologies, Sony Interactive Entertainment, the 3DO Company, AnimaTek, and the Research Institute for Micro-Electronics in Moscow. At FrameFree Technologies, he served as a Senior Engineer and Lead Scientist, focusing on research and development in image and video processing, as well as compression algorithms.

Noventiq

In 1993, Borovikov founded Noventiq as a subsidiary of Softline. Under his leadership, Noventiq has become a leading player in the global digital transformation and cybersecurity markets. The company operates in nearly 60 countries, offering a wide range of solutions and services to clients worldwide.
