Gerald Cotten was the founder and director of an unlicensed cryptocurrency investment exchange, whose death in India resulted in his investors losing hundreds of millions of dollars.[1]

Takara Small, of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, broadcast a podcast about Cotten, on May 25, 2021.[2]
