Khaled al-Sharif is a Libyan who was held for two years in a secret CIA black site, where captives were regularly tortured. After interviewing him Human Rights Watch asserted he had offered a credible account that he had been waterboarded, even though he was not one of the three individuals the CIA has acknowledged they waterboarded.
