Suel's academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from BIMS, which he completed in 2022. He holds an MBA in HRM from Jagannath University, where he graduated with a CGPA of 3.44 in 2014. He also earned a BBA in Management from Jagannath University in 2013 with a CGPA of 3.43. His early education was marked by stellar performance, achieving a GPA of 5.00 in his SSC from Talora Altaf Ali High School and a GPA of 4.60 in his HSC from Govt. Azizul H. College.
Professional Experience
Suel currently serves as the Manager (HR & Admin) at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) & X-group Chain Restaurant & Hospitality Management. In this role, he is instrumental in salary preparation, maintaining employee databases using ERP/HRIS software, and ensuring the effective recruitment, selection, and placement of employees. He is also responsible for overseeing employee background checks, maintaining personal files, preparing various official letters, managing attendance and leave records, handling grievances, and conducting performance appraisals. His duties extend to organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Prior to his current position, Suel was the Assistant Manager (HR & Admin) at ARMA Group of Companies for four years. His responsibilities included employee recruitment, maintaining personal files, preparing official documents, managing attendance and overtime records, handling grievances, and conducting performance appraisals. He was also involved in purchasing office supplies, managing petty cash, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other certifications.
Suel's career began at Intertek Bangladesh , where he worked as a Documentation Officer for two years. Here, he was responsible for maintaining employee personal files, updating attendance and overtime data, preparing various reports, and assisting in grievance handling and disciplinary actions.

Suel has undergone extensive training, including internships and courses on office safety, information security awareness, and ethics at Intertek.
