Career

At the age of 20, he started his first business, repairing cars in a village garage, before he was lured to the AA to become a patrol officer fixing cars on the roadside. He bought his first house and met his future wife Suzanne when she called the AA one day. In 2011 prior to his daughter’s birthday, he had a sudden realization asking himself.[2][3]

“where have all those years gone?”

He had been chasing a corporate dream, working for the companies like The AA, Carter & Carter, and Polygon as the UK Sales Director. After a high achieving career but far too many motorways, airports, and delayed trains he decided it was time for a change. His outlook and approach to life certainly changed he stated;[4]

"I went back to education to realise that I was actually dyslexic and not thick after all! I took evening classes to learn more about business, obtaining an HNC in Business Studies and another in Management."

He wanted to use all his knowledge, expertise, and disciplines he learned from working in corporate environments to help entrepreneurs to get more from their businesses.[5] Since 2011 he has met hundreds of business owners and enabled countless to be more fulfilled, rewarded, and less stressed. In 2018 Better Never Stops was born, he developed the business to have a much further reach to enable many more people to achieve great things in their lives.[6] Adrian’s first book, How To Fall Back In Love With Your Business was published in 2019 and has been an Amazon Best Seller. It has inspired many more Business Owners to fall back in love with their business.[7]
