Sylvester Mayaya, Born on November 10, 2001, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Sylvester Mayaya's upbringing instilled a strong work ethic. Following his parents' separation, he was raised by his single mother, alongside his younger sister, and half-brother. Despite the challenges, his mother, a small entrepreneur with a fast-food business and retail shop, ensured her children's basic needs were met. Sylvester's early exposure to his mother's entrepreneurial spirit likely sparked his own interest in business.

Sylvester's educational foundation includes a diploma in Business Administration, supplemented by online courses in Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Digital Investments. His commitment to learning is evident in his continuous pursuit of knowledge alongside his entrepreneurial endeavors.
Business Career
From a young age, Sylvester demonstrated a keen interest in business operations and improvement strategies. This led him to pursue online courses on digital marketing, website development, and digital investments with his long-time friend, Samuel Byalugaba, at the age of 14. Their venture into entrepreneurship began in 2018 with affiliate marketing and website design. Their combined efforts yielded success, generating approximately over $70,000 within a few months through web development, digital investments, and affiliate marketing. In 2019, they expanded by launching an online clothing store. Recognizing the challenges of running an e-commerce platform with limited resources while pursuing their education, Sylvester and Samuel made a strategic decision to focus on their studies in 2020. This included their enrollment in a Business Administration diploma program at the College of Business Education. A year later, in 2021, they re-entered the business world with a well-defined vision. They co-founded TSJ Diversified Group, a diversified company encompassing Digital Marketing, IT solutions, Investments in Agriculture, Real estate, and Energy sectors, and Video gaming.

When Sylvester isn't working, he's still thinking about business. He likes learning about new things in the business world and meeting people in the industry. Business is a big part of his life, and he enjoys exploring different aspects of it.
