Peter Klamka is an American entrepreneur and investor.

Education

Klamka is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Career

He began his career in investment banking at Credit Agricole in their New York office. He later moved to several private equity funds as a partner where he participated in numerous public and private financings over a fifteen year period. Klamka worked on transactions in entertainment, alternative energy, consumer electronics, consumer payments and broadcasting.

Klamka's financings included PTN Media a pioneer in ecommerce with supemodels Claudia Schiffer, Tyra Banks and Niki Taylor.

Klamka served as an advisor to Motorola and developed a line of celebrity branded mobile phones with recording artists Christina Aguilera and Nelly. He also worked on consumer electronic products with Michael Jordan and Claudia Schiffer.

He was an investor in and cofounder of Wilshire Financial that developed consumer payment products with the rock group KISS, Disney star Hilary Duff and the lifestyle brand Hello Kitty for Mastercard and Visa.

In addition, Klamka has worked on transactions with a variety of partners including Netflix, Viacom, Hewlett Packard, NASCAR , Sahara Hotels, Graduate Hotels, AT&T, NBA, Nike, and the UFC.

His personal investments have included terrestrial radio stations, and independent movies and unscripted television shows. Lamka was also an investor in Extreme Championship Wrestling that was sold to the WWE (NYSE:TKO).

In 2017, Klamka formed More Management that acquired and operated restaurants and nightlife venues in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. MORE’s partners included the Bellagio Hotel and Resorts World. MORE Las Vegas was home to many popular recording artists including 21 Savage, Cardi B, Migos, Rich the Kid, Nicki Minaj, Post Malone and many top club DJs

In 2022, Klamka began investing in and advising companies developing artificial intelligence products for consumers.

Klamka is currently an advisor and investor in Jumpshot which is developing the TopGolf of basketball.
