One Genesis was born on July 13, 1987 in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born as Desmond Parks, and legally changed his name to One Genesis in September 28th, 2016.

Career

One Genesis is a Music Producer from Lexington, Kentucky. He grew up listening to different genres of music. He started to learn production from his older cousin James Parks (Gripp), who rapped and made beats at the young age of 5, starting with the Akai drum machine and later, Fruity Loops (FL STUDIO). One started making his own production at the age of 7. Fast forward to 2010, One met 7 Aurelius (Lexington, Kentucky) through an ex marriage of his mothers and began to learn and work with him.[1]

Works

One has worked on various projects. “25×4” by the late Mike Darole feat. Dee Gomes and “Wet, Drip, Faucet” Scott King feat. Mika Means and Tokyo Jetz. One later met Stephon Dupree and signed with Dupree Entertainment in 2018 as a Producer.
