'Oluwakayode Idowu' was born on the 7th of July 1999 is a Nigerian Graphic designer and his based in Oyo state. In the year 2019, Oluwakayode Idowu founded his company, 'Kex Concepts' , to create designs and he is a specialties in logo, Branding, Packaging design, Graphic Design, Print design and user interface design. He has strive to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also communicate a message effectively. With 6 years of experience in the industry, I have worked with clients from various sectors, such as fashion, food, and education. He has ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Education

'Oluwakayode Idowu' his education with diligence, achieving academic milestones, and ultimately completing his HND in Civil Engineering. His scholastic journey laid the foundation for his intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous learning.

Career

A self taught Graphic designer , Brand Identity designer and also a product designer base in the south-western part of Nigeria (Osun). Oluwakayode studied Civil Engineering while he was in school and he also found passion and interest for design since his tender age. So he went on developing the skill professional himself and also learn from top designers around me.

Throughout his design journey he worked on a range of briefs including branding, logos, product design and General Design. During these briefs he improved himself and his communication skill. By working on a range of projects this has helped him to gain a deeper understanding of each aspect that is needed for graphic design. This has given him the skills needed to work in this environment including having an in-depth knowledge in areas such as branding, typography, layout adjustment and digital design.

Taking his skills further and having done a vast amount of personal training in software such as Corel Draw Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft office, he has improved the quality of his work and his software skills.

During tutoring, he attempted several design tutorial and visual classes to learn more about how things works in the design industry as a whole, how to put together a working product or user centered design that suits the clients needs, and to gain knowledge in the digital space. This is combined with research which have influenced him to help create functioning designs and also to gain the experience of working with real clients.

Working in a professional sense, He work out creative solutions to brands, start ups, NGOs and many more, to ensure his work matched his client expectations and outcomes.

Embracing the dynamic landscape of the digital age, Oluwakayode Idowu has carved a niche for himself as a Graphic Designer and freelancer. Graphic Designer and a Freelancer, he curates and shares content that reflects his interests, ranging from educational insights to creative endeavors, fostering a growing community of followers. Cx Concepts / 2020/ Intern He had a period of work experience here. I added up to my self-thought learning process by experiencing how the team works with clients, jog ideas and strive to offer what the client wants to gain, a functional and professional design.

Kex Concepts / 2017 - Present / Creative Lead Overseeing, designing all elements for the brands (both old and new) whilst working closely with the CEO & founder on digital creatives whilst managing other designers/photographers/copywriters/project managers.
