Cyclonus is a Decepticon character from the Aligned Continuity of the Transformers franchise.
History
Cyclonus' bio describes him as a villain manipulating the inhabitants of Cybertron-particularly the Autobot High Council-with mind control, undoubtedly a nod to his original counterpart's abilities in Combiner Wars.
