Combat Buggy is a fictional character from the Machine Robo series introduced in 1984. He is a heroic member of the Battle Clan.

Machine Robo
Combat buggy turns from robot to truck. Because of his mechanoid nature he does not need to breath oxygen and is resistant to cold, but is vulnerable to intense magnetic fields. His weapon of choice is his Ionoid Gathered Missile.
Combat Buggy is from the town of Dakota. His father is Lord Bison and he was the childhood friend of Rod Drill. His girlfriend is Melodia.
Animated series
Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos
Combat Buggy first appeared in Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos episode 11, "Pledging Love On the Great River".[1]
Combat Buggy returned, in episode 17, "Death in the Demonic Castle in the Sky Part 1", where he was one of several Battle Clan called in by Rod Drill to help recover Reina Stol when she was kidnapped and taken to the Sky Castle by Grujious.[2]
Combat Buggy is seen among the hypnotized population of the Cleo City in episode 21, "Angel of the Mind, Vikung-Fu - Protect".[3]
Shuttle Robo rode in the back of Combat Buggy as the refugees lead by Rom Stol arrived at Yamalin City in episode 24, "Gather All Machine Robo".[4]
In episode 42, "Vikung-Fu - Cry of Anger", Battle Gyror, Blue Jet, Classic Robo, Combat Buggy, Countach Robo, Fire Robo, Mixer Robo, Porsche Robo, Pro Truck Racer, Rod Drill and Trailer Robo were attacking the downed Gandora mothership during a giant hail storm when they are attacked by missiles.[5]

Combat Buggy appeared in Machine Robo: Battle Hackers episode 1, "Burning Electronic Planet".[6]
Combat Buggy appeared in episode 2, "Jet Riser - Emergency Departure".[7]
Bike Robo and Combat Buggy appeared in episode 4, "The Strongest Warrior - R Jetan".[8]
