I see I had left the article slightly incomplete. (1) It had broken references. (2) It seems I was going to illustrate it with a picture, but I never got around to doing so. Would you consider donating a photo? There is a complication, however. I was planning to upload an existing picture, with a claim I was using under the USA's "fair use" rules - which means it an image that wuold usually be copyrighted. The USA's fair use law permits reusing copyrighted images that are not replaceable. You, as the copyright owner of a family photo, would need to be prepared to release it to the public domain.
My fair use claim would have been based on your daughter's petite size, a partial explanation for how she could squeezed through safety barriers not designed for small-framed people.

In recent months I have deleted hundreds of articles that did not meet the language requirement of CSD because they were written in Vietnamese...
...but, in my opinion, you are allowed to (1) draft articles about yourself, or people you know, that look like wikipedia articles, (2) which do not measure up to wikipedia's GNG standards, and are not referenced to wikipedia standards...

...IMO, you can, if it more convenient for you, submit material in Vietnamese, temporarily, so long as you promptly replace it with an English translation.

Responding to the BROKEN CAPS LOCK guy

There are way more ways for a contributor to get blocked on the Wikipedia, than to get blocked here.

Wiki-IDs can get blocked here for things like:

  1. Launching serious personal attacks on other contributors
  2. Removing policy compliant intellectual content submitted by someone else, without explanation
  3. Mis-using multiple Wiki-IDs
  4. Not complying with warning over copyright violations, or over SPAMMING, or other similar matters.

The individual known as BoxingWear3 has used multiple IDs, and has lapsed from most or all of the above.

I've provided diffs to their most recent comments here. It is clear from those comments that they are furious. BROKEN CAPS LOCK guy, whoever you are, this advice would be much better coming from a friend, if you have one.

Here goes. No one can understand why you are furious, because you are right on the cusp of being functionally illiterate, and you don't know how to express your opinions, in writing.

The website wikipediasucks.co is a small site intended for comments about the wikipedia.
Some participants there are completely coherent, calm people, with interesting things to say.
Some are angry hot-heads, and some of those angry hot-heads are not just angry, but incoherent.
I've checked wikipediasucks.co, a couple of times, to see whether our BROKEN CAPS LOCK guy can finally express himself clearly, there. But, the URLs he has provided don't work. I suspect the administration of wikipediasucks culled them, as incoherent

You seem to be suggesting User:XXBlackburnXx, is using tenkian and ddead as sockpuppets? That strikes me as extremely unlikely. If I learn that tenkian and ddead are the same person, I will ask them to pick just one of those Wiki-IDs, and use it all the time from now on. When an individual is a vandal - like you have been so far, you should expect every new wiki-ID you create to be blocked.
If you genuinely want to try to contribute here, and you think you can make coherent submissions, withoug making huge unexplained excisions to other people's work, do not create yet another Wiki-ID. Your block disallows you from writing to most pages, with the exception of your user talk page. You still have permission to make your plea to be re-instated there.

I generally like to give people a warning, before I block them, or when I block them. I use Template:Not authorized when I block people for excising valid content, they did not write, without explanation. However, it says the individual can get the block lifted early if they can explain why the block was in error, or they can explain they learned their lesson, and will be compliant with policy, from now on.

Listen, do you need help learning how to become functionally literate?

There are ways for adults, with dyslexia, and other related issues, to learn how to become functionally literate.

First step? Stop typing in all CAPS. Second step? Punctuation. Learn how and when to use it. On Amazon there is a company called barcharts, that publishes these laminated guides. They publish them on computer languages, or on medical terminology, and they have a bunch on English, including at least one guide to the use of English punctuation. Buy it. Read it. They are all about 6 pages, and cost $10. You really need this.

If you can stop swearing, stop being mean and petty and angry, and you honestly ask for help learning how to become functionally literate, I'll give it to you.

  1. Put a {{wp-cca}} at the top

There is a vandal, generally known as GRP, who has a long history of attacking WMF wiki projects, and other wikis that use WMF software.
This individual's motivations aren't clear, but he is easily recognized, as:
  1. He is barely functionally literate. He cannot express himself clearly...
  2. He routinely provides links as if they justify his vandalism, but those links are either completely broken, or they prove nothing...
