Oleg Parashchak
Oleg Parashchak (born on December 28, 1977, in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, insurance person, and Founder of Beinsure. He is also known for microfinance and Finance Media Holding, overseeing the operations of Forinsurer Media.
Early Life and Education
Oleg Parashchak pursued higher education with a dedicated focus on economics and business management, earning a Master's degree in Business Economics for Managers from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2003. Before this, he graduated with a Master's degree in Economics and Technologies from The National University of Food Technologies in 1999.

Oleg Parashchak is the CEO and Founder of Forinsurer. It is an esteemed online magazine based in Ukraine. Since its establishment on January 1, 2004, Forinsurer has gained recognition. Every quarter, the website attracts over 60,000 readers interested in insurance companies' exclusive ratings. Additionally, the ratings of banks on the platform are read by more than 150,000 individuals. Oleg has been the CEO of the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Law and Economic Research since February 1, 2004, and has contributed to the economy of Ukraine. It is the only academic, professional publication in Ukraine whose purpose is to showcase the scientific accomplishments in Economic Law and explore the connection between economics and law, aligning with the research areas of the Department of Economics of NAS of Ukraine and the V. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Oleg worked as the Director of the Department of Analytics and Research at the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine from December 1, 1999, to December 31, 2004. Department of Analytics and Research at the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine was established in 1992; the Insurance Market Association of Ukraine is vital in protecting members and others in the insurance market. From August 1, 1998, to December 31, 1999, Oleg acquired valuable experience in public service, he worked as the Department Manager of Information Policy at the Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine is a key central executive authority responsible for overseeing the agricultural development within the country. It is one of Ukraine's longstanding government agencies supporting Ukrainian companies & startups in Ukraine. His work includes a profound analysis of both the insurance and investment markets.
