Khi Ali Gul is a citizen of Afghanistan currently held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba.[1]
The Department of Defense estimates that he was born in 1963, in Khowst, Afghanistan.
As of August 14, 2011, Khi Ali Gul has been held at Guantanamo for ight years five months.[2]
