D&C Legal Services (founded 1965) is a Full-Service Law Firm,[1] headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.[2][3]The firm boasts multiple offices and affiliated locations across the GCC and the Middle East. It operates offices in Qatar (Doha), UAE (Dubai), Lebanon (Beirut and Tripoli), Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria.

History

D&C Legal Services was founded in 1965 and has more than 60 years of expertise. The firm began focusing on local concerns and working just within Lebanon, keeping a low profile until 2010, when it decided to expand internationally. As part of this expansion, strategic alliances were formed in Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, and Saudi Arabia, and offices were opened in Qatar[4] and the United Arab Emirates.[5][6]

The company was originally known as Deeb & Co Legal Services in 2021. It later changed its name to D&C Legal Services after transforming from a law office to a partnership. It was also registered as the first law firm to be established as a civil partnership in the North Law Bar of Lebanon, bearing registration number 001. [7]

The opening of the firm's office outside of Lebanon allowed the company to establish its reputation as one of the first Lebanese law firms to successfully enter the international market and establish itself there. These were significant changes that were made in preparation for the firm's entry into the global marketplace.

About Management

D&C Legal Services was first founded in 1968 as Youssef Deeb Law Office by Attorney Marie Youssef Deeb (Dib). Since then, the company has grown to become highly skilled in both domestic and foreign markets in Lebanon.[25][26]

Deeb[27] has repeatedly been chosen as a member of the bar association and has taken an active part in many of the association's meetings and events.[28]In addition, he participated in the committee and was a member of the Lebanon Bar Association's Legislation Committee, Legislative Committee and the Insurance Committee in the law bar.[29] He was given the gold medal award[30] by the Lebanon Bar Association in 2021 for his more than 50 years of contribution.[31] Deeb represented Lebanon in the Arab law bar association.[32]

The firm is currently managed by its Managing Partner, Richard Deeb, alongside Ms. Aurore Deeb.

Aurore Deeb was awarded the LexisNexis Practical Guidance Author Awards (2022).[33]
